Antique District
Goodlettsville’s Main Street Antique District is a collection of antique malls, quilter’s attic and shops filled with treasures and collectibles from the past. Country music star Taylor Swift shopped the Goodlettsville Antique District for home furnishings.

Arts & Antiques Festival
Annual fall festival showcases area artists, antiques, artisans and businesses, with a Food Court presented by local restaurants and caterers. This joint community event is a cooperative effort of Imagine Goodlettsville, the City of Goodlettsville and the Goodlettsville Area Chamber of Commerce. www.imaginegoodlettsville.org

Christmas on Main Street Parade & Festival
Share in Goodlettsville’s full day of Christmas festivities, beginning with Breakfast with Santa as a prelude to the Christmas Parade down Main Street. Enjoy live music, vendor booths, tree lighting and lots of activities for the whole family. In the evening, gather at historic Mansker Station to celebrate Yulefest with storytelling, carriage rides, entertainment and refreshments.

 

Highland Rim Speedway
Follow the excitement of racing at Highland Rim located at 6801 Kelly Willis Road, Millersville, (615) 643-8725. The 1/3 mile, high banked, D-shaped track features Late Models, Trucks, Street Stocks and Rim Runner classes, providing thrilling entertainment for the whole family.

 

Long Hollow Jamboree
Live country music and dance floor, open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday nights. Country cooking with barbecue and vegetables. Tuesdays are Open Mike nights; Saturdays feature country and square dance music.

Long Hollow Winery
This unique winery is owned and operated by Joel and Benita Phillips. Locally produced wines and Tennessee cheeses are offered for sale and tasting daily. Personalized tours for groups and special occasions can be arranged. The winery is located in a modern reproduction of a monastery and contains a gift shop in the tasting room. Madison Creek Farms
Local sustainable organic farm and CSA owned by Mark and Peggy Lynn Marchetti, open to

the public Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm spring through fall. Peggy is the daughter of country music legend Loretta Lynn. Fresh herbs, vegetables, cut flowers and a variety of pies, preserves and homemade goods are available for sale. The couple host farm weddings, special events, occasional workshops and cooking demonstrations.

Mansker’s Fort and Bowen  House
Nationally renowned living history sites, the Bowen  Plantation House and Mansker’s Fort invite visitors to step back in time to the days of the early frontier settlers. The Bowen Campbell House was built in 1787 and is the oldest brick residence in Sumner County, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Mansker’s Fort is an authentic reconstruction of a frontier station typical of Cumberland River settlements, named for the area’s earliest resident and longhunter, Kasper Mansker.

Ring of Fire Trail
Created as one of Tennessee Tourism’s Trails & Byways, this route explores the territory traveled by early settlers along Avery’s Trace and Walton Road, scattered with forts and homes dating back to the 1700s. The area is now residence to many country music stars who live in luxurious homes and estates. The trail cuts right through Goodlettsville, focusing on Mansker Fort and the Bowen House built when Goodlettsville’s earliest white settler and longhunter, Kasper Mansker, established a trading outpost in the 1780’s.

Tennessee Quilt Trail
Follow the Tennessee Quilt Trail through the Main Street Historic Antique District. Painted quilt panels are mounted on an old barn and several notable buildings as part of the quilt trail that criss-crosses small communities across the state. Look on the exterior walls of the Antique Corner Mall; Haynes, Freeman & Bracey Attorneys at Law; and the Grand Ole RV Resort & Market.

Thistletop Inn Bed & Breakfast
Local Bed & Breakfast Inn filled with historic features collected from around the world. Constructed by master builder & preservationist Braxton Dixon, whose iconic list includes Johnny Cash, Tammy Wynette, Marty Stuart, Trisha Yearwood, Thistletop Inn was chosen as the movie set for the 2009 filming of the Nashville TV pilot Tough Trade. Thistletop is also available for small events and functions.
